Jim Lovelady, founder of Demand Dynamix, brings executive sales & marketing management experience with the past 14 years focused on selling SaaS and licensed software including email marketing, web analytics, mobile, CRM, and social media integration.

Prior to Demand Dynamix, Jim was senior vice president of sales at Lyris Technologies, Inc., an integrated email marketing and web analytics SaaS provider.

Jim has also worked a number of start-ups in his career. He was vice president of retail sales for Cellfire, a mobile application provider where he created and closed dozens of new business opportunities with major brand-name clients including JCPenney, Best Buy, Payless ShoeSource, GameStop, Sears, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Arby's, NBC Universal, Caribou Coffee, and many others.

In addition, his experience includes sales & marketing leadership positions at several digital marketing solutions start-ups including Zustek, Yesmail, and Digital Impact. Jim began his sales career with General Electric where he also earned his certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Cleary University and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Joe Parrilli has more than a decade of comprehensive software and hardware system level sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications and alternative energy industries. His contributions to the success of world class vendors such as Alcatel, Nortel, Mitsubishi Electric, Resolute Networks, Telco Systems and Symmetricom are the cornerstones of his career. 

Joe's extensive experience selling sophisticated solutions throughout North America has enabled him to deliver a unique and principled perspective of the ongoing technological convergence occurring today.  With a demonstrated history of successful collaboration achieved by providing viable comprehensive solutions to address client challenges, he offers superior value to our client base.

Joe holds a B.A. degree in Communications and Business Administration from St. Norbert College and is a member of several technology standards bodies including CE, MEF, FSAN & ITU.

John Buckley has worked extensively with senior management teams developing and successfully executing go-to-market plans for products and services as diverse as SaaS solutions, medical practices, cellular technologies, and promotional items. His work with sales teams at the coalface, teaching them the skills, tools and knowledge to be successful in highly competitive environments has produced remarkable results throughout his career.

John’s has worked for global industry leaders such as AT&T, Océ North America, U.S. Cellular, 3Com and NEC Technologies in various sales and marketing leadership roles. 

John earned his B.A. in Marketing and Communications from Southern Illinois University.

Ken Karnes has broad experience leading sales & marketing and business development teams with both large and start-up companies. He possesses a deep knowledge of business growth practices that he uses to assist marketers in finding new and innovative ways to drive brusiness that produces remarkable results. Ken has worked with many of the largest businesses in retail, consumer packaged goods, and restaurant industries providing integrated media solutions and omni-channel consultation.

Ken is a leader in his knowledge of sales process, client value creation, relationship building and account management.  His knowledge has been garnered through his tenure in leadership positions at companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Valassis, WorkPlace Media, and Cellfire, an early stage mobile marketing company.

A native of Southern California, Ken holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Redlands and an MBA from the University of Dallas. He and his family reside in Connecticut.
