Jim Lovelady brings executive sales & marketing management experience with the past 13 years focused on digital marketing solutions including email marketing software, web analytics, mobile applications, and social media integration.
Prior to DDx, Jim was senior vice president of sales at Lyris Technologies, Inc., an integrated email marketing and web analytics SaaS provider.
Prior to Lyris Technologies, Jim was vice president of retail sales for Cellfire, a start-up mobile application provider where he created and closed dozens of new business opportunities with major brand-name clients including JCPenney, Best Buy, Payless ShoeSource, GameStop, Sears, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Arby's, NBC Universal, Caribou Coffee, and many others.
In addition, his experience includes sales & marketing leadership positions at several digital marketing solutions start-ups including Zustek, Yesmail, and Digital Impact.
Jim began his sales career with General Electric where he also earned his certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Cleary University and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Jim is married to Mary Beth, is father of two teenaged sons, Austin & Dylan, and lives in Chicago, IL.

Doug Frohman has excelled in executive sales and training in the fields of Internet Marketing/ Media and Management Training over the past 17 years.
In 1995, Doug became partner in new media start-up, Digital Frontiers. As the Internet expanded its capabilities, Digital Frontiers' software won New Media Magazine's Product of the Year award for 1997.
In 1999, Doug joined affiliate marketing leader, BeFree. Representing them in the Midwest, he expanded their roster to include blue-chip brands like Sears, BestBuy, Motorola, P&G, ShopNBC and more. He moved on to analytics leader, Coremetrics where he and Jim Lovelady worked on several joint major client engagements.
While at ContextWeb, Doug brought in record levels of new business to the auto industry at GM & Ford. Later, as Director of Search at AOL, he oversaw major accounts like HP, Target, Bank of America helping them capture higher levels of market share in Search & e-Commerce.
Doug is GAP certified by Google.
A graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, Doug and his wife, Paula live in Chicago, IL.
